Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use LearnEE at learnee.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use LearnEE.

Who can use LearnEE

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure. One account per person.

Using LearnEE fairly

Please don’t:

  • Cheat, use bots or scripts to earn XP, or try to manipulate leagues or rankings.
  • Use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or isn’t appropriate for learners of all ages. We may replace names that break this rule.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts or data, or interfere with how the service runs.
  • Copy or resell our lessons and content.

Learning and safety

LearnEE is for education. The circuit simulator is an approximation and lessons are not professional engineering advice. Never work on mains electricity (wall outlets and anything that plugs into them). Keep real-world experiments to small batteries, and get help from a qualified person for anything else.

XP, leagues and Pro

XP, streaks, charge, ranks and other in-app rewards have no monetary value and can’t be exchanged. We may correct standings to fix errors or cheating, and we may change how these features work. If we offer paid features such as LearnEE Pro, the price and terms will be shown before you buy.

Your content and ours

The circuits you build stay yours; you let us store and process them to run the service, check challenges and show your progress. LearnEE’s lessons, design, and characters such as Pip belong to LearnEE. Some icons are Microsoft Fluent Emoji, used under the MIT License.

Ending your account

You can stop using LearnEE at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@learnee.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

LearnEE is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you haven’t paid anything). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know before they take effect. Questions? Email support@learnee.app. See also our Privacy Policy.
