Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, email address and profile picture link from Google.
• What you tell us: your first name, your learning goal, your level, your daily goal, your time zone, your placement test result, and how your Pip looks (its LED colour and hat).
• Your learning activity: lessons you complete, XP you earn, your streak, your charge, the circuits you submit for challenges, and your weekly league standings.
• Data stored on your device: your sign-in session, a copy of your progress so the app stays fast, and preferences such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

• To create your account, sign you in, and send you sign-in codes by email.
• To save your progress, check your challenges, and keep your streak, XP and charge in sync across devices.
• To personalise your learning path and run weekly leagues.
• To send study reminders based on your daily goal and time zone, if we offer them. You’ll be able to turn them off.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

In weekly leagues, other learners in your league can see your first name and last initial (for example “Owen T.”), your Pip, and the XP you earned that week. They can’t see your email address or anything else. If your name isn’t suitable to show, a different name is shown instead.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run LearnEE:

• Supabase stores your account and learning data and handles sign-in (servers in the United States).
• Cloudflare hosts the website.
• Resend delivers our emails, such as sign-in codes.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users.

We keep your information while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and learning data within 30 days.

• You can change your name, Pip and preferences in the app at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@learnee.app.
• Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy laws. Contact us and we’ll help.

LearnEE is for people aged 13 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email support@learnee.app and we’ll delete it.

Data is encrypted in transit. Each learner can only access their own data, scores are recorded on our servers, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
